Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers Limited specializes in debt collection services in Dar es salaam and upcountry. Tamba- za Auction Mart and General Brokers Limited is as a collection agency, operates as agents for creditors (banks and other financial institutions) and collect debts for a fee or percentage of the total amount (total collected amount).

The Director of Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers Limited are appointed Court Brokers by the High Court of Tanzania, and are also Tribunal Brokers and Process Servers. They provide services to the High court of Tanzania and to courts subordinate to the former. They also provide services to the District Land and Housing Tribunals ion Dar es salaam Region. All directors are also Process Servers for all courts and tribunals in DSM.

As Real Estate Agents, Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers Limited assists vendors of real estate properties to sell; and assists seekers of real estate properties to make a purchase of choice. We are licensed to operate negotiate and arrange sales. This process involves viewing of property, listing a property; Drawing contracts/ listing agreements.

Auctioneering is the process of selling assets by offering them up for bidders; taking bids, and selling the asset to the highest bidder, Tambaza Auction Mart and General brokers limited specializes in auction services in Dar es salaam and upcountry.

On top of the public auctions that the company conducts, Auctions on-Line are also conducted by the company. Assets for sale are put on line,, and bidders bid on line. An asset for sale on line is sold to the highest bidder just as is done in public auctions.

At auction customers who successfully bid must pay 25% as down payment and the remaining balance must be completely paid within 14 days after the auction. Follow up on this remaining balance is responsibility of our company.
