WHO WE ARE

Tambaza Auction Mart and General Broker is registered as a business name in the United Republic of Tanzania by the Registrar of Companies, under the Companies Act (2002). It was registered on 28th May, 2003, and was awarded Certificate of registration number 138781. Tambaza Auction Mart and General Broker is licensed to conduct the business of Public Auctions, Court Processes, Repossession of Assets (both movable and non-movable), and Realization of Distress for Rent and Debt Collection Services.

On 30th Oct 2006 the proprietor of Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers was appointed Tribunal Broker of the Districts of Ilala, Kinondoni and Temeke in Dar es Salaam Region. A copy of the appointment letter is herein annexed. Later, on the 6th Dec 2012 the name was changed to be Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers; and was issued with Certificate of registration of change No. 249055, later on, on 4th March 2015 the proprietor of Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers was appointed Court Broker of the High Court of Tanzania, the Certificate of that appointment is here annexed on the website gallery.

Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers was among the good tax payers. She was registered as Tax payers vide TIN 101-948-617, dated 11th Jul 2003; and VAT Registration No. 40-011841-Z dated 12 Apr 2012. Copies of Certificates for the two Registrations are herein annexed. Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers was licensed to undertake Auctioneering Business in Mainland Tanzania since 2003 and, the license for this business is renewed annually.

On 12th February, 2019 a new company known as TAMBAZA AUCTION MART AND GENERAL BROKERS LIMITED was formed and registered under the companies Act (2002) to take over all the businesses that where been conducted by Tambaza Auction Mart and General Brokers. This new company was issued with Certificate of Incorporation No. 138813991. After registration TIN was changed to 138-813-991, and VAT registration was changed to be 40-032015-JThe company is licensed to conduct auctioneer services, Debt collection and Court Brokerage Services as all Directors of the company are court Brokers of High court of Tanzania.
